In collaboration with Kann Finch, I played a pivotal role in the design of the modern addition to the heritage-listed Walter Reynell & Sons building. These five grand terrace homes, known as the Raynell Terraces, seamlessly blend contemporary style with Victorian charm, standing as a testament to heritage redevelopment. Situated within Sydney's iconic Rocks district, each terrace was added to the top of an existing warehouse and features an eight-meter-high glass atrium, illuminating the interiors with natural light. These residences offer a unique combination of urban sophistication, historical resonance, and modern luxury in one of Sydney's most sought-after precincts.
